  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement only if the item has not yet been shipped or customized.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or phone with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return request under our Refund & Return Policy.

2. Customized or Made-to-Order Items

Orders for customized, personalized, or special-made products cannot be canceled once the crafting process has begun. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

3. Order Cancellation by Shree Shyam Crafts

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of:

  • Product unavailability or production delays.

  • Payment issues or verification failure.

  • Technical errors or pricing discrepancies on the website.

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Refund on Canceled Orders

If your order cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation. The amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment.
