1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

Certain items such as customized, personalized, or special-made products are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Photographs or videos showing the damage/defect.

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement of the same item, or

  • A full refund if the replacement is unavailable.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

5. Cancellations
